Every Crispy product is an instant digital download. Because files are delivered immediately, we don't offer automatic refunds once a download link has been accessed.
When we do refund
If a tool doesn't work as described, is defective, or was purchased by mistake, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll sort it out — a fix, a replacement, or a refund, case by case.
How to request one
